You're going to find a lot of comments on the net about autodialers.  Some will be positive and some will be negative.  It will be mostly focused on the motive of the author.  You have to keep this in mind when you're reading info on the internet.

So, when you find yourself figuring out if autodialers are for you, consider these:

- If you have a call center that relies on inbound calls which are generated somewhere online, then you probably should be using an autodialer. The expense to pay for media ads, email marketing and other methods to drive traffic to your landing page with your form fillout or your actual website.  It takes money and time and you still have to get them to fillout the form and take some kind of action.

Where using an autodialer is a very direct way to get inbound calls with ease.

- Are you reps getting tired of making outbound cold calls?  The answer is always yes.  No one likes this and if you can increase your sales and conversions and team morale, you're business is going to flourish. 

Using autodialers will bring in a consistent flow of inbound interested parties which you don't have to go out and spend your hard earned money on generating leads that are only frustrating your regular reps.  Of course, you've got your workers who'll call without any problems, but they are far and few between. 

Take some time and highly considering implementing an autodialer marketing plan for your call center.
